What the Warranty Covers
- Manufacturing defects — hidden material and production defects.
- Failure of welded joints and connections under normal use.
- Frame deformation within the load limits specified by the manufacturer.
- Peeling of coatings and paint under normal use conditions.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
- Mechanical damage, scratches and chips from everyday use.
- Upholstery wear from intensive use — natural material degradation.
- Damage from improper assembly or installation by the client.
- Chemical substances not recommended for the given material.
- Damage during transport arranged independently by the client.
How to Make a Warranty Claim
- 1Contact us by phone or WhatsApp and describe the issue.
- 2Attach photos of the defect and your order number.
- 3Our specialist will contact you within 1 business day.
- 4After inspection, we will arrange repair or replacement.
